Hey

I'm now the proud owner of a Nikon D200. My father just sold his D80 to buy himself a D300s and offered me his D200 for a cheap price, of course I'm really happy...
I did abandon a bit photography for the past few months as winter isn't anymore a nice time to me. This year, this is really a challenge as I take the bus (city bus - not these yellow fishes we usually ride to school) and we have very low temperatures. Lots of wind, lots of sun too but -40°C at times, and I spend way too much time waiting at buses stops. My poor nerves. That time is really painful and I don't spend it shooting photos in the woods. I also attend another school (called "cegep" here) and this one is just like very near the city center. I can't anymore go for a walk in a lovely park instead of going to class.

I hope I will be able to take more photos in a near future, I'm exhausted and school isn't easy either. (I'm studying in nursing. The extra sleep I take in the evening is probably the one I used to take in the day, haha)
I've also been invited for another school music camp, during March.

I bet this will be fun (I'm REALLY happy to go to this one as I have been asking my teachers for years to keep going on musical camps after I graduate) and the Domaine Forget in Charlevoix (Québec) is a stunning place. Many of my deviations were shot there. o/ I'll bring my dads 40mm 2.8 to try some macros on the instruments, his fisheye Sigma 10-20 for the landscapes and - I HOPE the weather will be good - the sunset/sunrise, then my Sigma 18-125 if my 18-70 Nikkor isn't fixed yet.
My Sigma 18-125 is for sale, if anyone interested...
Have fun with winter, guys
